10/11/2010 Weekly Update

Try, Try again……..Good Day All. My Spirits and Energy are good. No cravings for carbs, no cheats and no tummy troubles.

Today marks 16 weeks of (ZC) and this is my Progress Report:

I had an interesting weekend. I am glad it is over with to a degree. I just want to start this week fresh. Unfortunately I got up a little after 2:00 am and could not go back to sleep. So while my outlook is fresh my body is not. I did have some fun this weekend: Saturday night the weather was gorgeous so I lit the Tiki torches and (DW) and I sat in our covered porch / patio and enjoyed the night. Sunday evening evolved some rigorous yard work. I feel a bit sore. I really need to hire Nikki lol!!!

I have determined to go back to eating Fatty Beef Brisket. The Chicken Thighs were yummy, but are better suited for a weekend, not my weekly fare. So tonight I will slow cook the brisket. I still need to grill up the Rib eyes. I was way too tired after they yard work fire up the pit. 

Not a very good move on the scale last week. Overall I maintained my weight. I’m sure it’s a combination of the consumption of certain foods and some fine tuning going on in my system somewhere.
