1/31/2011 - Weekly Update - A Breed Apart

Greetings Friends. My Spirits and Energy levels are in check. No cravings, no cheats, and no tummy troubles.
Today marks 32 weeks of (ZC) and this is my Progress Report:

Well it looks like (ZC) is still churning and burning, but at a little slower rate for me at this time. No complaints here. No worries. I am doing all that I can do, I think lol. I could change what I eat, but I think I will stay on track.

I had a good time cooking last night. I cooked Beef ribs and Rib eye steaks. I will post my Step by Step Rib eye recipe later today. I will also post my Step by Step Flash Freeze method for freezing steaks and Beef patties. 

I Tell You What: (DW) came home from work last night just in time to enjoy a nice Rib eye steak that had been resting in all its glorious juices for about 15 minutes. She tore it up. Hahaha!!! She claims she does not really care for steak HA!!!!

I ran out of my Fatty Beef Brisket today. I had enough to take to work. So I will be on the hunt for one on my way home. I will use the Oven Method to cook it and do a Step by Step deal on my Blogs (ZC) Recipe Corner area. So Gaby if you’re listening you can see the real deal soon.

I feel really great. My mind is clear and focused on the task ahead. I am dedicated to this (WOE). You guys just don't know how happy this Way of Life has made me, because I can't find the words that can justify the feeling inside. I guess the best way that I can describe it is that I am a "New Person". That seems not to make sense, I know. It is the best way to describe how I feel now about myself. Yes, I do indeed have a way to go before I get to where I need to be. I will get there. I have no doubt. It is only a matter of time and I have all kinds of time. All Right All Ready.

  4. You are more than welcome Gaby. I already made one last night and I will update the current recipe. It will have the pictures I took last night. I ate some for my first meal today and it was awesome. It was loaded with tallow and juices. YUM!!! Battle On Gaby!!!
