Today I celebrate 8 months of Zero Cab. It is all so new to me and yet has become second nature. Strange to put those sentiments together, but that's how I feel.

As you know from my posts I celebrated my 47th birthday this weekend and I have to say I ate and I ate and I ate. Yes, I ate way too much. It was all (ZC) but I ate too much lol. Jeez. I am up a little on weight today which I expected from the meat orgy I participated in this weekend. I expect to go back down quickly as I go back to my regular routine. No Worries here.

I ate the entire rack of Baby Back ribs Saturday for dinner. I could have stopped at half, but I didn't. Why? I dunno. I just wanted to eat. I think I used it as entertainment. YUK!! We were all having a good time at the restaurant and I just kept eating. I wasn't hurting like on Thanks Giving in the Old Days, just really full. This was out of my nature when it comes to (ZC).

Then the next day at brunch, which was my only meal of the day, I ate what I considered too much once again. Double YUK!! Yes, I could have stopped at one plate and that would have been enough for the whole day. I Tell You What: I am back on track and anticipating more weight loss. It is going to happen, I can feel it.

Have a Great Zero Carb Day my Friends and Zero Carb Family. Keep the Faith!!!
