Hey I am really trying to get back in the swing of things. I have all kinds of things going on on the home front that are pulling me in all kinds of directions. Hey that is OK, who doesn't?

I had a grand time at The Woodlands Waterway Art Festival. I spent about 3 hours there looking at all the neat exhibits and things for sale. I listen to some really good music. I did not bother with the food. I ate at home before I left and got a bite to eat later in the day at home. No Americas Brunch after all. I end up doing some light yard work. I spruced up the back patio area. It really needed some Spring Cleaning. I need to weed out my poor little garden in the backyard. Jeez don't get me started on that. OK if you insist. I have a ton of leaves, pine needles and various tree debris to clean up. I have to approach it like Zero Carb, one day at at time. If I do a little everyday, I won't be overwhelmed on the weekend. So Dave has a date everyday this week with the backyard lol! I hope (DW) does not get jealous. Hahaha!!!

I am planing to keep pushing forward. Keep a positive light on all things. What else can I do? I am so thankful for this way of eating and all the joy it has brought me. I will continue to keep a good head on and give positive support to those who seek it.

Today I had an all time low on (ZC) = 186.8lbs

Have a great day my Friends and Zero Carb Family. Keep On Keeping On and Battle On!!!
