5/1/2012 - The Experiment 2.0 Day 25

Hello all. My Spirits and Energy levels increasing.

Another great day of resting and healing. I am slowly, but surly starting to feel like my old self. I am oh so eager to get back to a normal life. Normal life? Did I just say that? HA! Well as normal as my life can be. lol!!!

I have been doing some preparations for the "Tell All" event that will occur soon. I just hope everyone has an open mind about ................... Well I think you get the picture. Right?

One thing about the "Tell All" event. I will explain what I did and pretty much why I did it. This will be my personal experience. All I know is if you follow the plan exactly and don't have any particular health issues that may interfere ........ like what I don't really know although it seems like my recent health issues seem to interfere. I may have had excess water weight from all the swelling. I really don't know or care at this point. I just want to move forward.

I am so looking forward for my Spiritual Retreat at the end of the month. I should be in good shape by then God willing. It will be right on time. I believe we all can use a refreshment in Body, Mind and Spirit. The way we go about it may be different, but I feel that each component is very important for balance in life.

Hey I am just feeling it if you know what I mean. Do ya? Well alright then. He I gotta tellya that I just can't wait to get back in the groove of things and hopefully it will sooner than later.

Day 4 = (-) 1.2 lbs  = gain   0.6 lbs
Day 5  = (-) 1.0 lbs = loss   0.4 lbs (bonus time)
Day 6 =  (-) 1.2 lbs = loss   1.6 lbs (it's only going to get better)
Day 7 =  (-) 1.6 lbs = loss   3.2 lbs (twice as nice)
Day 8  =  (-) 1.0 lbs = loss  4.2 lbs (I'll take it)
Day 9  =  (-) 1.0 lbs =  loss 5.2 lbs (just a pound? oh well)
Day 10 = (-) 0.6 lbs = loss  5.8 lbs (only half a lb? I give up lol)

Now that's what I am talking about!!! The last five (5) days have had an average of over a pound a day. Let me tell you good folks I really believe this is on the lower end. I do feel that I could lose even more and we will find out when I go on my second round of The Experiment for another thirty (30) days after this one is finished. Hey I am optimistic, but I can only report what actually happens. So there it is my Friends and Family.

Today's Menu: Black Coffee, H20, Seltzer Water, Smoked Turkey with a little Mayo and Dill Weed and Smoked Chicken with a little spicy Mustard and Mayo mix.

  1. You are loosing 1 lb per day… 1 lb PER Day… 1 LB PER DAY!!! I am under shock…

    And this with a "variation" of a ZC diet which is already "minimalistic" diet…

    We are lucky you health problems are getting better… it give me some hope some day I will learn what your experiment is all about!!!!!


    1. Hi Pro(ZC)ac and thanks. I am as shocked as you my Friend. Well the tell all will be soon, just keep in mind that this diet is that easy and that simple. You will see. So I hope folks don't expect some complicated deal. HA! BTW sorry about the posting issues. Blogger has its own mind sometimes.
