OK so another late post............. To tell the truth I was not going to post at all, then I thought "why not"?
I just got through cooking up some cubed up chuck roast. I just cut it up into small cubes added some onion and garlic powder, then added some fresh cracked black pepper and a little Montreal seasoning. I cooked it in a stainless steal pan with a little oil at high heat. I sort of just stir fried it.
Man did it smell oh so good if not great!!! I did not end up cooking that Fatty Beef Brisket after all. I have too many Chuck Roasts in the freezer that need to be cooked. I did eat a ton of Greasy Beef Ribs yesterday that I forgot to mention. I just seasoned them up and wrapped them tight in foil and cooked at 400 degrees in the oven for two hours. They were yummy and tender.
I worked some more in the yard and then just jelled the rest of the day. Had a nice stogie with my favorite cup of java. I will switch to Beef for awhile just to see if it gives me more energy. Sometimes I just feel too zapped. It has nothing to do with my WOE more so my lack of exercise. Hey that is my opinion like it, hate it, it just does not matter.
Like I have said many times over: I am no nutty professor. I do what I feel is right for me. I do my own research and I do my own experiments. I suggest the same for others. It is the only way to know and understand what works for you.
Folks I just don't believe in "ONE SIZE FITS ALL" not I sure don't. Agree or Disagree it is always your choice. Isn't that neat!!!
Again I guess not much to say or was it? No funny jokes today, no dancing, no........ well not nothing I guess. Just my little whatever you might want to call it.
