Day 16 Zero Carb Diet 8/7/2013

Hello everyone,

Still holding steady and STRONG. I guess this must be a delayed reaction, but I had another terrible bout with cravings for something sweet. I was able to keep calm and fight off the urge. It is not a very pleasant experience. I am totally dedicated to Zero Carb and won't back down.

I am in the middle of an audit in our office and I will have to be super short.
