Day 24 Zero Carb Diet 8/15/2013

Hello everyone,

Today is a really good day for me. I woke up in a really good mood. I noticed that I finally an able to go down a notch in my belt and my pants are starting to really feel a little loose. Hooray! I am still getting comments that my face is thinning out too. This is really nice and I am riding the wave for the moment. I will enjoy it while it lasts. Funny thing is that since I spoke about having a rib eye with my friend this coming Saturday, I am craving it. That is really strange. I have never in my life craved meat of any sorts. Evening when I eat my grilled chuck patties the little fat and juice tastes really great and sometimes I feel that I could eat more until I burst. I really feel that my taste buds are changing for the best. 

My weight scale is acting a little wacky so I plan on buying a new one today. I have a digital scale and paid some good money for it, but it is the second one in the past couple of years that start to act up. So I plan to buy a quality dial model. I need the motivation of seeing what I really weigh. I can't wait to go shopping for new clothes in a few months. I am not rich, so I will wear saggy cloths for awhile and then shop for some cheap cloths during the transition. Finally when I get to where I need to be I will buy some good quality clothes. I know I should not be jumping too far in the future and just focus on today. I just can't help myself. Thanks for all the support.
