Day 25 Zero Carb Diet 8/16/2013

Hello everyone,

Thank God it's Friday! This has been a long week for me. Thank goodness that I have been enjoying a surge of energy through Zero Carb. I am really feeling very, very good. We have causal Friday's at my job and I received many compliments on how I looked in my jeans today. Actually I put on a smaller pair of jeans to I got too FAT to wear and now they fit. A little snug, but they fit. What a really great feeling. It seems that the inches are coming off faster than the actual weight. Almost like a body recomposition.

I have to also grill more Chuck Hamburger Patties this weekend because I am running out. I have enough for today and that is it. I just might through some Chicken leg quarters or just Chicken thighs if I can find some on special. I am not to the point of my Fat consumption to dare to try Dave's famous fatty beef brisket. The one he used as his staple during his weight loss period. I can't believe the amount of fat he ate and still received wonderful labs. Once I hit at least 219.8 pounds I will be crossing out that first Mini Goal. Have a great weekend and thanks for your support.

  1. Do not wory about the quantity of fats you eat Connor, and remember the more saturated they are, the best it is for your body. I will not explain this here as we went throught this subject soo much time…

    A rule on Zero Carb is to eat as much fat as you to satisfy you BUT this do not means EVERY MEAL should be "fat loaded"… especially if you ADD fat as butter or oil on your meat. Anyway, you are better simply eating fatty meat and that's it!!!
