Day 28 Zero Carb Diet 8/19/2013

Hello everyone,

I hope I did not scare anyone about my brief absence. No I did not blow it over the weekend and stuff myself silly with sweets or any other form of carbs. As a matter of fact the weekend went really well. I had a rib eye steak in which I have not had in many, many months with a good friend. We had a great time. This guy is really understanding and supported my decision to go Zero Carb and was not judgmental in the least. We enjoyed our steaks along with some great conversation. I did not make any sides and my friend did not blink an eye about it. What a relief. 

I got really behind on some things at home and work and just have not had the time to update my journal. I am the edge of crossing my first mini goal and I am really excited beyond belief. Wow, 11.2 pounds down without even trying. All I do is eat. What could be more easier than that? I really love the support that I have gotten and really do appreciated it very much. That is it for now. Let's see what tomorrow has in store.

  1. Isn't it strange when guests are served NO sides, they do not make any comment or blink an eye about it???

    I think people know much more about LC diet then WE think and they are aware of the good results WE get and they want to eat this way to see how they will react…

    Anyway, our "authorities" are pushing fruits and vegetables ONLY because they contain few calories… as if total daily calories was the only important thing in a daily food intake…

    I think your daily lost of .2 -.4 pound is absolutely faboulous and the most healthy way to go… especially on Zero Carb!!!
