Day 31 Zero Carb Diet 8/22/2013

Hello everyone,

Sorry for disappearing once again, but I had an unexpected out of town business trip that was thrown at me at the last minuet from my boss. Anyway I have had a couple of stalls that I can't explain. I have stuck to a strict Zero Carb Diet without fail. I will chalk it up to just a normal adjustment I guess. It does not worry me in the least. I am still feeling great. The energy is there and things are well for me. I am so excited to cross out my first of many mini goals at this time. I have my next mini goal of 210 pounds in my sights and will get there when I get there. Slow is fine with me as long as I continue to move forward.

One thing I can promise is that I am totally dedicated to this new way of eating for me. I yearn for a new healthy life and I truly believe that I have found it with the Zero Carb way of eating. I am not interesting is temporary results. I want and need a lifelong solution for a lifetime problem. I know that I have found it here. I will put a different format to show my weight loss as the one below is getting really long. I will most likely put it out this weekend. Thanks for the support.

  1. Do not worry about the slowing down because it is NOT a stall… it is an absolute normal process… just continue what you are doing and do not get disturbed. You cannot and will not fail.

    1. Yes I should not look at it as a stall, but I guess I just thought it was a good way to describe it. Thanks for the support.

  2. Great going on crossing that first MINI GOAL!!! Hey I had a whole bunch of stalls and ups and downs. I am surprised it has not happened more often. This is what throws folks off and they quit before they get started. Stick with the plan as Denis has advised and you will indeed reap the rewards of ZERO CARB!!! Continue to Fight the Good Fight and Always Battle On!!!
