I am back from the twilight zone. Sorry everyone, but get used to it. I get sent on emergency out of town trips from time to time with very little notice to me. I always have a packed bag for these occasions. This time I was sent south of the boarder to Brasilia, Brazil. What a nice zero carb surprise that was for me. I have never been to the capital of Brazil and while the trip was all business the food was excellent. I had a nice expenses account and ate a few different Brazilian Steak houses. I also enjoyed a typical american style breakfast everyday with Eggs and Bacon. So food was just an after thought, yet very Delicious.
So I did not fall into an ice cream vat and drowned my cravings away. I am feeling more resolved than ever. I am getting to a point that this is not a diet, but a way of eating for life that I am getting more and more comfortable with every day. Also I change the format of the daily log. I will keep two weeks showing the amount of weight I lose. the first week will be the past week and the second week will be the one I am currently on at the moment. The long was getting way too long. I will just leave the weekly loss to represent the the entire week. Anyone wanting to see past weight loss can use the "search box" feature and find that particular range of time.
For now I am content with my pattern of eating. I like eating my meals later in the day and two meals seem to be more than enough. On weekends I sleep in a little and I am beginning to notice that Bacon and Eggs over easy are a favorite treat for a first meal. I know I label them B, L, and D, but really they are a first meal and a second meal. I am not going to give up and I am confident that my cravings will go away forever. For now I will keep working hard to keep a positive attitude until it is second nature. Thanks for your patience and support.
