Day 11 Zero Carb Diet-2nd Try

Hello everyone,

My stomach felt better this morning. I ended up eating some leftovers from work. One of the employees warmed up all the leftovers and set up the food in one of the offices. I ate a good 2 lbs or more of the BBQ beef brisket and sausage. I think I overate a little again, but my stomach did not hurt. I did eat a second meal that I probably did not need after I got home from work. I need to start to eat according to my hunger. This is another chapter of my eating habits that I need to pay attention too. That's it for now.

Day 1    -242.0 lbs (start weight)
Day 7    -241.0 lbs (1 lb loss) week 1
Day 8    -241.0 lbs
Day 9    -240.5 lbs
Day 10  -240.5 lbs
Day 11  -240.0

Total weight loss: 2.0 lb

Fluids - water, seltzer, plain black coffee

1st meal  -about 2 lbs of leftover BBQ brisket and sausage

2nd meal  -
8 oz special brisket and bacon mix

Thanks,

Connor

  1. ""I need to start to eat according to my hunger.""

This is what folks on Zero Carb must achieved as our food items are calorie dense...

As we all tend to empty our plate and we do not want to come for seconds, as this always represents too much food, the best idea is to get the right portion of protein + fat from the beginning and stop there. This is rought to learn but it is feasible... but as we have lost a proper relationship with our hunger in today's world of impossible availability, it can be a tricky process.

I am talking here of the everyday way of eating. Of course, an occasional splurge is always on the program...
