I had another tough day with cravings. It was not as bad as yesterday. My stomach is still not back to normal yet, but it is much better than yesterday too. I still have the runs. Again not as bad as yesterday. So all in all not a great day, but a better day. I hope for a better day tomorrow. I am confident that my body is getting used to this way of eating again. That's it for now.

Day 3 - 240.5 lbs
Fluids - water, seltzer, plain black coffee
1st meal - 8 oz beef brisket
2nd meal - 4 large pan fried chicken legs
