I feel pretty much stable right now. I hope I broke the back of my cravings for carbs once and for all or at least for the meantime. I am trying to keep my posts simple and to the point. I am keeping low key at work because of my first failure at zero carb. I will let the weight loss do my talking for me at work once it kicks in. I will cease adding extra fat to my diet starting tomorrow. I will just eat the brisket and bacon mix most of the time. That's it for now.

Day 7 -241.0 lbs (1 lb loss) week 1
Day 8 -241.0
Total weight loss: 1 lb
Fluids - water, seltzer, plain black coffee
1st meal -8 oz special brisket and bacon mix with half of stick of melted butter
2nd meal -8 oz special brisket and bacon mix with half of stick of melted butter
