I had a real good day. I am eating good and feel good. I am still looking at this day by day. I think sometimes we tend to rush and overwhelm over selves with new things and sometimes it can get out of hand. I know there are a lot of people that can handle that situation without a problem, but I am not one of them. I guess for the most part it's a mind game, that is, after you get past the adjustment to the new way of eating. Unless you have a real problem with carb cravings. I for one do not know from day to day if a carb attack is in the wind or not. I deal with it as it comes. That's it for now.
Fluids - water, seltzer, plain black coffee
1st meal -12 oz of beef pot roast
2nd meal -4 chuck hamburger patties with american cheese
