I got little surprise today, I lost another pound. Week 2 is winding down fast. Time is just slipping by. Today was a good day for me. I felt strong all day long. It's good to have days like that when you start down this road. I'll take them when I get them. I have one more meal left of the medium well pot roast. I am getting a little tired of it right now. I think that's why my second meal of the day has been mostly other things besides beef. I do like my crumbled beef though. I cooked several pound of rotisserie wings this evening. That's why I am posting a little late today. I am looking forward to the weekend. I know it's hump day, but Friday can't get here fast enough. I sound like a typical employee. Nothing too special going on this weekend. I just enjoy time off from work. If the weather is good I will meet up with some friends and chill out a little. I am comfortable with my choice in food when going out so not to blow all the progress I have made lately. I try to keep myself occupied at work. That helps to keep the thought of foods I need to avoid off my mind. I say that because food is a big deal at work. Like tomorrow they are having a big deal with chili/cheese-dogs chips, nachos and sodas. I will be the only one not participating. That's OK. Most of my co-workers have weight or health problems of some sort. That's it for now.
Morning fast: water and coffee
1st meal: 14 ounces of medium well pot roast and water
2nd meal: 1 lb of rotisserie chicken wings , ice tea and water
