I got some nice rest last night. I felt rested this morning. I did some light house work for a little while. Those beef ribs came out great. They were fall off the bone delicious. They really filled me up. I did not have to eat a lot to get full. They did have a lot of fat which I ate. My hands were really greasy. My stomach did feel a little queasy for a short period, but it went away quickly. I had a regular zero carb breakfast today. Today was another lazy Saturday for me for the most part. My body seems to adjusting well to this new lifestyle. Someone posted a comment on my last post asking about why I did not eat low carb. I really don't know why anyone would ask that question on a zero carb blog. Dave took care of it for me. I had some movement on the scale today and lost another half pound. That sums it up for me. Thanks everyone for your support. Almost one month down and this time around I am taking it day by day and I am just grateful for a complete day without carbs in my diet.
Morning fast: water
1st meal: 3 eggs, 6 strips of bacon, 6 oz of pan sausage water and coffee
2nd meal: 8 oz of beef ribs and water
