I stayed up a little late last night and slept in a little. I felt well rested by the time I got up at 9:30 am. For me that is really a late start for my day. I really did not care. I had such a great time yesterday it was well worth it. I had a great first meal of the day consisting of eggs and grilled burgers, water and coffee. I felt real satisfied as I always do eating a great zero carb meal. People who don't practice this way of eating just don't know that you can eat a considerable amount of food without feeling stuffed. This way of eating makes you feel satisfied and energetic. One of the biggest benefits for me is feeling satisfied for many hours. I know that I probably could have just eating only one meal and not have eaten anymore and be satisfied. I am eating plenty right now in order to help me adjust and to help avoid cravings for carbs. I don't know if this approach for everyone. It seems to be working pretty well for me right now. I guess everyone has to find out for themselves how to adjust for this lifestyle. I am 50 days down and feeling confident and strong with this choice of lifestyle. I am considering to eat to hunger only. Which means to stop when I am satisfied. I tend to eat more right now. No movement on the scale today.
