Connor's Zero Carb Diet Journey Day 57

I had a really good day. I slept in a little and felt real rested. I had a repeat of my first meal from yesterday minus a couple of eggs. It was more than enough. It was also very tasty. The meat is so rich and has a lot of fat. The flavor is so different. I can't really compare it with any other beef or meat out there. No it does not taste like chicken. The day was real nice I was out and about for awhile enjoying the great weather. I went to a park and sat around a little and enjoyed some coffee that I brought with me. Then I went to Walmart to buy some things. I did not find any mark downs worth buying. After shopping a little at Walmart I made one final run to HEB before heading back to the house. I found a great deal on several packages of beef back ribs. I bought 6 packages to be exact. After I got home I decided to make one of the packages of beef back ribs. I put some Cajun spices on it, wrapped it up in foil and baked it in the oven at 350 degrees for 2 hours. They came out really tender. I had enough for my second meal for today and enough for my first meal tomorrow. Since I did not need to cook the boneless beef today, I will cook them tomorrow after I get back from work. Tomorrow is supposed to be almost 80 degrees without any rain. It will make great grilling weather. I felt really good all day. No cravings at all. I had some movement on the scale today. I gained almost .5 pounds, but it was not enough for me to change it. So I left it the same. I feel that it had to do with all that extra eating I did yesterday. I want to give a special shout out to Denis for his comments and support. Thanks everyone for your support.
