Connor's Zero Carb Diet Journey Day 105

Saturday was a very special day. I spent it with my mom for mother's day. I will not be able to see her on Sunday, so I spent it with her on Saturday. I picked up my mom in the late morning and went to a real nice resort hotel restaurant where they have a real nice breakfast buffet. By the time we got there it was about 9:30 am. I ate 2 large plates of food. I ate a lot with the intention of eating only 1 meal for the day. The day went smooth and I had a great time with mom. No movement on the scale today. No cravings or stomach problems. My teeth are not sore, but still a little sensitive to cold water. I am feeling really good about about my zero carb journey so far and feel comfortable with this choice. I know that I can do this for life. Thanks for coming by and sharing my zero carb journey with me and for all your support.

Morning fast: water

only meal: 2 all meat omelets, several slices of bacon, several slices of ham, 6 breakfast sausage links, 6 scrambled eggs, water and coffee.

Start weight:
260 lbs

Current weight:

  1. Hello, I've started to read at this site, from the oldest posts to most recent. I'm up to mid-October 2010. I think those are Dave's posts, from ZIOH. I've been cheering each time he reaches a new low, even if it was nearly 5 years ago that it occurred.

    1. Howdy Emily, yes this was my original Zero Carb Journal. It used to be called "The Chronicles of David". I am the guy in the pictures on the left as well on the "Photo Tab". I allowed Connor to use this blog to post about his Zero Carb experience. I am happy to hear that you are enjoying reading about my personal journey. I started at ZIOH, but at the end of November 2010 I started this blog to have more freedom and less censorship on my posts. Read my post on 11/29/2010 "Thanksgiving Day & Intro (The Great Schism)". It gives some insight how this Zero Carb got started.

It might have been my destiny, because at the end of the day everyone at ZIOH lost their Zero Carb Journals and because I started this blog and transferred my recorded journal here, it will serve as a testament to the power of ZERO CARB. This Zero Carb Blog records everyday of my journey from day one, and every ounce of weight I lost and then some,

    2. Emily, Dave is right. This is his original zero carb blog. I have been fortunate to have been allowed to post my zero carb experiences here. I have enjoyed reading his zero carb story. It is informative and entertaining. He inspired me and keeps me inspired.
