Connor's Zero Carb Diet Journey Days 103

Today everything was OK at work. Nothing out of the ordinary there. I have a good relationship with with an employee that works in another area close to mine. She has a lot of health issues. Most of these issues have to do with her weight. I have spoken to her and try to advise her to go on a very low carb diet. I know that she won't entertain zero carb. I stress to her that although they recommend her to eat starches such as oatmeal that it is not a good idea because it is very starchy and will break down into sugar at the end. I suggest for her to eat high fiber veggies and if she has to eat fruits I suggested low carb berries. I wish her well and hope that she finds her way to a better way of eating. I am almost out of meat. I have enough for my first meal tomorrow. I will do some shopping after work to see what's on sale and mark downs. I have a couple of slabs of pork ribs. I may take 1 out to get it ready to cook on the weekend. I still have one package of ham steak that I might thaw out too. I have a nice stash of bacon and pan sausage in the freezer. I also have good amount of beef ribs that need cooking too. I just might make some beef and pork ribs this weekend. I might buy some leg quarters and cook them on the grill. I will make up my mind tomorrow. I went to the dentist after work today. It was for a follow up to my to sessions of deep (painful) cleaning. I was examined and went through a light cleaning and polishing. I will go back in 3 months for another follow up and then I should be on the 6 month maintenance track. I am going to buy one of those sonicare electric toothbrushes. I have been wanting to buy one for a long time. Now that my teeth are in really good shape I want to keep them that way. I have some movement on the scale and lost another .5 pounds. This really made my day very special. Morning fast: coffee and water

1st meal: 2 burgers, 1 Italian sausage links and water

2nd meal: 4 eggs,1 burger and water
